You’ll get to see your favorite properties through a scheduled private tour.
Once you find a property you love, I will write up an offer. I will pull comparable properties to determine an offer price. This can be done over the phone, in person or by email with DocuSign.
Offers are typically contingent on a home inspection of the property by a licensed professional to check for signs of structural damage or things that may need fixing.
Lender will arrange for an appraiser to provide an independent opinion of the value of the property.
Lender works with a title company to handle all of the paperwork and make sure that the seller is the rightful owner of the house you are buying.
Homeowners or condo insurance is necessary and it compensates you for losses to your home and your possessions inside it.
Lender has cleared all the conditions and is now ready to go to closing.
Typically the day before or morning of closing, we do a final walk through to make sure everything is in the condition you first saw it in and previously requested repairs were made.
We will be there with you at the closing of escrow to walk you through each and every document and answer any questions you may have. Ownership will be transferred to you and you’ll get keys to your new home!
